Menu's and Pricing
Simply choose one menu from the list below, then one item from each section,  arrange a date for the dinner party contact the Singing Chef and leave the rest in his capable hands.
 
Prices start at only £28 per person with a minimum charge of £112 (four people) for a dinner party.
For groups larger than 8 a 10% discount is offered,  rising to a 15% discount for 14 or more people.
Prices include consultation, purchase of ingredients, the three course meal,  complementary wine, music and kitchen clean.
Please note pricing does not include waiting or washing dishes, a waiter can be hired for the night for £40  to cover these extra tasks if needed. For groups of 12 or more this service is a standard requirement.
 
Vegetarians & vegans can be accommodated with ease on all menu's.
An e-mail version of the menu's can be sent on request.
 
A deposit of £80 is required to secure the Singing Chef's services.
 

Italian

Starters
Roasted pepper and tuna salad
Chargrilled Aubergine on rocket salad
Stuffed Mushrooms
Onion, Chick pea & Bacon soup

Mains
Lamb braised with fennel and tomatoes
Sea bass fillets with lemon chilli
Tagliatelle with Garlic prawns and tomatoes
8 oz steak with pizzaiola sauce

All the above is served with classic Italian salad, seasonal vegetables & ciabatta bread

Desserts
Expresso pudding & whipped cream

Mexican

Starters
Nachos. (Tortilla Chips with melted cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream & jalapeno chilies)
Chicken and Lime soup
Baked Oysters on toast
Smoked Salmon with sour cream and caper dip

Mains
Salmon cooked in Chili butter with mexican flower rice

10 oz Grilled sirloin steak cooked in a creamy sage and mustard sauce with Garlic potatoes

Burritos (Tortillas filled with onions, peppers and your choice of beef , chicken or vegetables served with cheese,guacamole,salsa and sour cream)
Served with Green Bean and sweet pepper salad

Tacos (Crunchy Taco shells filled with chilli beef  with refried beans with guacamole, cheese , sour cream and salsa)     
Served with Avocado and tomato salad

Red Snapper fish tagine with pine nuts & raisin*
Baby Chicken withTurlu Turlu**

All the above served with Chickpea and spinach salad and flat bread
*Tagine is a casserole style dish
**Turlu Turlu is is like an exotic ratatouille
